Submission Guidelines

At ÉTER Magazine, we keep our doors open to all artists and creatives who wish to share their work. We will be delighted to review it, provided it aligns with our aesthetic and vision.

All submissions are evaluated based on their concept, quality, and relevance. We only publish work of the highest standard, so please ensure you send us the very best from your portfolio.

It is essential that you read these guidelines carefully: submissions that do not comply with the criteria outlined here may not be considered for publication.

Submission Categories

  • Fashion, beauty, and editorial texts
  • Fashion editorials: minimum of 5 outfit changes
  • Fashion stories: no minimum number of outfits required, as we prioritize narrative over wardrobe
  • Beauty editorials: minimum of 5 distinct hair and makeup looks
  • Conceptual fashion & art projects: evaluated based on the strength and coherence of the concept

Submission Format

When submitting your work, please attach the selected images in low resolution along with a PDF document that includes:

  • Title of the work
  • A brief description (storytelling) explaining the concept and what you wish to convey
  • Images embedded in the PDF as a visual proposal
  • Full credits of the creative team
  • Detailed styling credits

Important: Do not attach high-resolution images via email. We accept download links via Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar platforms.

If your submission is accepted, we will request the high-resolution files (minimum 3000 pixels on the shortest side and 300 DPI). In some cases, we may request these images before making the final decision.

Styling Credits

Styling credits must be submitted in an editable PDF, including:

  • A variety of recognized brands should be used.
  • Each garment, accessory, or piece of jewelry must be clearly and individually credited.
  • All brands and designers must be listed with their official names. You may include social media profiles as additional information.
  • For styling, different recognized brands should be used: each brand may appear a maximum of two times (two different garments and in no more than 2 photos).
  • Garments should not be repeated across multiple outfits; if repeated, only one look will be published.
  • We generally publish 1–2 photos per outfit.

ÉTER is not responsible for omissions or spelling errors, as we copy the information directly from the document provided.
All brands and designers must be listed with their official names. As an additional detail, you may include their social media profiles so that we can correctly tag them in our publications.

Team Credits

Credits for the creative team are mandatory for all submissions.
If you send the photos and PDF without the credits, your submission cannot be published.

We require the full legal names (first and last name) of every team member.

  • All individuals involved in the submitted work must be credited with their full name.
  • If a modeling agency, showroom, or similar participated, include its name.
  • Social media profiles may be included but are secondary to the official names of the team members.

Additional Considerations

  • All models must be over 18 years old.
  • All members of the team involved must agree to the submission.
  • We will not publish any content of a pornographic, violent, or graphic nature.

EXCLUSIVITY STATEMENT

By accepting the publication of an image, video or text in ÉTER Magazine, the author grants us permission to use their work in any of our publications, websites, videos, marketing materials, advertisements, and any other medium or format intended for the creation, distribution, or monetization of the magazine.

The submitted material must not have been previously published in any other magazine, website, blog, or social media, nor can it be published in another magazine after appearing in ÉTER Magazine. All photographs and videos must be original and exclusive to our publication.

We reserve the right to remove any work from our publication, without prior notice or consent from the author, if it is found to have been published in other media outside of ÉTER Magazine, either before or after its publication.

If your work meets these conditions and is accepted, we will notify you whether it will be published on our website, social media channels, or both.

Copyright Responsibility

By submitting a work to ÉTER Magazine for review and publication, the author and their entire team declare that they are the sole creators of said work. They also declare that they accept all the conditions set forth herein, granting ÉTER Magazine the permission and necessary rights for the work to be used, distributed, and published exclusively within the scope of the magazine, and only if it is accepted.

ÉTER Magazine is not responsible for any type of fraud, infringement, or misuse of copyright regarding the submitted works. In the event of any conflict related to authorship or unauthorized use of a work, the responsibility will fall directly on the sender.
